This Privacy Policy explains how Rapsodo Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Retail Signal Merchant app (“the app”). The app is provided to retail partners enrolled in the Retail Signal programme.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the merchant service:

| Promotion & earnings data | Records of promotions confirmed for your store and earnings derived from promotional scans at your checkout. |
| Device & diagnostic data | Basic app and device information and error logs used to keep the service reliable and secure. |
What we do not collect
The app does not track shoppers and does not collect consumer identities. No camera images, facial images, or biometric identifiers are collected by or transmitted from the merchant app.
How we use information
We use the information above to authenticate you, show your promotions and earnings, process your payouts, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, SMS delivery, cloud hosting, and payment processing) and where required by law. These providers may process data only on our instructions.
Data retention
We retain account and financial records for as long as your store participates in the programme and for the period required by applicable law and financial-audit obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Some records must be retained where required by law even after an account is closed.
